(& Other Stories Sweater, All Saints Pants, Acne Boots)
Today, the weather was photoshoot permitting so I decided it was the perfect time to crawl out of hibernation. My apologies for the unannounced hiatus! I've been super pooped from work and this rigid cold has been sucking the fun out of taking pictures, which is pretty much the point of having photoshoots, right? I'm really going to try my best to be more consistent with posting, especially since my blog is still in its infantry. Anyhoo, on with the post!
For some reason, I thought the best way to lose my & Other Stories virginity was amidst the pre-Christmas chaos. I was greatly mistaken. Nevertheless, I was able to pick up a couple of things that I know I will wear to death - one of which is the striped sweater above. This sweater seriously has it all. I get the fuzzy comfort of my beloved mohair material sans the itchiness. (I lurv mohair.) And the fit is perfect - great slouch, neckline, and the sleeves bunch up on your forearms in a way that is somehow flattering. Paired the sweater with some shiny, cropped pants because that's what came natural to me and streamlined with a pair of grungy-chic lace-ups. My favorite part of this outfit is the little effort it took to piece it together (if you couldn't tell already). Chunky knits tend to emit this magical power where they make you look effortlessly put together.
